W.B. Homes Wins Multiple Awards for Excellence at HBA 21st Annual Pinnacle Awards On Friday, March 6, 2009 the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties held the 21st Annual Pinnacle Awards recognizing Excellence & Outstanding Achievements in the Home Building Industry. The Pinnacle Awards are the highest honor given to both Builder and Associate members of the HBA in the Bucks & Montgomery housing industry. These awards pay tribute to the most extraordinary new home designs, sales, marketing and merchandising. Given the current state of our industry, it is refreshing to participate in an event that marks achievement and distinction," said Rich Buchholz, HBA President and Vice President of K.Hovanian. W.B. Homes, Inc. was honored to receive the HOME OF THE YEAR Award for their Kingsley Country Manor home and BEST DESIGN STUDIO for their Station Square at Ambler community. Additionally, the kitchen in the Kingsley Country Manor home, which was designed by Century Kitchens in Colmar, PA, received the KITCHEN OF THE YEAR award. The site design for Station Square at Ambler by Langan Engineering was recognized as BEST ENGINEERING DESIGN of the year. Bill Bonenberger, President and Founder of W.B. Homes, Inc. accepted the awards on behalf of the many people that had a hand in the planning and building of these winning communities. He especially thanked two employees who played a vital role in the Pinnacle Awards success: Vice President of Production Jack Boyd and Senior Project Manager Bruce Baldus. The skills and talents of these two long-time employees played a major role in making the 2008 Pinnacle Awards one for the W.B. Homes record books. As this was the first time in 23 years of business that the company submitted entries, Boyd and Baldus truly set the bar high for the company's future; these two will no doubt continue to contribute the company's success in these endeavors.
