We visited the progress of our home with Jack on February 11, 2013. In November 2012, we told Jack “we wanted a home that will fit in with the Ashbourne Estates community, and we wanted his guidance.”
Jack provided us with guidance and suggestions on three major areas:
1. Positioning of the house
2. Architectural changes in the living space
3. Designing of the front of the house
On our visit, we found that the house is shaping up to be something beyond our expectations. Positioning of the house resulted in an outstanding view as we drove by. The interior design of the house is superb.
We know it requires a great team effort to build a house. Jack is always patient and pleasant to work with. We found him to be open, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. We are looking forward to moving to the Ashbourne Estates community.
