I notified W.B. Homes on June 8, 2009, that I had water coming through my driveway in front of my front door and your response was exceptionally quick in taking care of this item and making the needed repairs immediately. The senior project manager, Steve Shaffer, and representatives from Beers Excavating were on the spot by 1:00 pm and the leak was fixed by 4:00 pm.
The level of professionalism and courtesy that I and my wife were shown by all parties concerned was beyond any of our expectations and we would like to say thank you for a job well done and I hope you will let all parties involved know how much we appreciate their efforts.
There are a lot of contractors having serious problems in this current economic down turn but if your staff handles all problems and situations as expediently and professionally as you did this one; I feel that you will be around for a long time in both good and bad times. The caring for the customer is first and foremost in my mind and your office shows the same concern. Keep up the good work!
