Exceeding Expectations

  Just a brief note to thank you and W.B. Homes for taking on the cost of arranging the replacement gutters for the Champlain model of homes at Rosecliffe.
  
  I know that there was extra work at our house because the installers had to reinstall the one downspout away from our bushes. It works well.
  
  We appreciate your courtesy in conversations about this issue. Friends ask us about our community and we tell them we are pleased with the attention we received for resolutions of the few issues that appeared during our first year of ownership.

  This first year in the house has been wonderful; I can't believe almost a year has passed since I moved in! I receive tons of compliments on the house from family, friends and even delivery men and other workers who have been here; everyone asks who my builder was. I have friends and colleagues who have had multiple and serious issues with other builders for their new homes, but I've had so few issues arise. Working with all of the people at W.B. has been a pleasure thus far.

  Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we love our new home at Caralea. Our experience has been as stress free as any move to a new home can be.
  
  We've been very impressed with this experience from the start. Pat offered us all the information we needed to make choices for finishes in a very comfortable environment with what would seem to be experience with your communities. Marco, of course, blew us way with selling our home in four days from internet presence.
  
  Our walk through was almost a non-event. The two issues we encountered later were taken care of or will be taken care of shortly (pesky master closet design issue). Credit to Brad and Tony on the annoying chandelier issue. Credit also to Pat for hearing our concerns and passing them along as needed.
  
  As of today, our cumulative punch list for the 10 month check is not long or serious.
  
  As we came to watch our house come to completion, it was amazing to us to see such progress, so quickly. It was almost worrisome.
  
  Since we've moved in, we watch with wonder as your employees work tirelessly and with such attention to detail that we are forced to ask - what the heck do you do for them to have them perform this symphony on a daily basis??
  
  So, Bill, all in all, thanks for providing us with this wonderful experience and we welcome the opportunity to welcome any prospects you have for the Caroline into our home if it will help them understand what the finished unit looks like.

  Thank you for the follow up with the Thorndale site plan. Based on your directions, we drove by the site yesterday and as much as we liked the prospects of living in the Lansdale/Hatfield area, today we put a deposit on a home at your Caralea community. While it was a difficult decision to not wait for the carriage homes, a particularly attractive lot became available and we decided to leap at the opportunity. As I said during our conversation, the quality of your homes is unmatched. Over the past 3 years, we have looked at homes by literally every builder in the area and none approach the standards of your communities. In addition, your personal involvement was a major selling point. Your attention to customer service went a long way in our decision. And, Pat Burke has been very helpful in all aspects of the process. We look forward to closing and moving into our new W.B. home.

• I notified W.B. Homes on 6/8/09 that I had water coming through my driveway in front of my front door and your response was exceptionally quick in taking care of this item and making the needed repairs immediately. The senior project manager, Steve Shaffer, and representatives from Beers Excavating were on the spot by 1:00 pm and the leak was fixed by 4:00 pm.
  
  The level of professionalism and courtesy that I and my wife were shown by all parties concerned was beyond any of our expectations and we would like to say thank you for a job well done and I hope you will let all parties involved know how much we appreciate their efforts.
  
  There are a lot of contractors having serious problems in this current economic down turn but if your staff handles all problems and situations as expediently and professionally as you did this one; I feel that you will be around for a long time in both good and bad times. The caring for the customer is first and foremost in my mind and your office shows the same concern. Keep up the good work !!
