Bruce Baldus: W.B.’s First Director of Construction

W.B. Homes, Inc. is excited to announce the promotion of Bruce Baldus as the new Director of Construction. Chris Canavan, President of W.B. explained that this newly formed position is critical for the growth and expansion that we have planned over the next several years. “Bruce’s deep knowledge of construction and leadership skills will be invaluable as we continue to deliver exceptional new homes and make the homebuilding process for our clients one of the best experiences of their lives.” This role will lead and refine all aspects of construction operations from pre-construction planning through the duration of warranty.

Twenty-nine years ago, on March 25th, W.B. Homes welcomed Bruce Baldus to the team as a Project Coordinator. His starting project was the Williamsburg Village neighborhood, which is located along Forty Foot Road in Towamencin Township. This small enclave of townhomes would be the catalyst of Bruce’s nearly three-decade long (and counting) career with W.B. Homes.

Since joining us in 1996, Bruce has played an integral role in shaping what W.B. Homes has become, growing from his initial Project Coordinator role to that of Senior Project Manager. Along the way, he’s seen W.B. Homes step into new markets, adopt innovative construction and design practices, and expand into a team of nearly 60 dedicated members.
