Thank you for the follow up with the Thorndale site plan. Based on your directions, we drove by the site yesterday and as much as we liked the prospects of living in the Lansdale/Hatfield area, today we put a deposit on a home at your Caralea community. While it was a difficult decision to not wait for the carriage homes, a particularly attractive lot became available and we decided to leap at the opportunity. As I said during our conversation, the quality of your homes is unmatched. Over the past 3 years, we have looked at homes by literally every builder in the area and none approach the standards of your communities. In addition, your personal involvement was a major selling point. Your attention to customer service went a long way in our decision. And, Pat has been very helpful in all aspects of the process. We look forward to closing and moving into our new W.B. home.
