Chris oversees the complex process of making sure a piece of land is the perfect location for every new W.B. neighborhood. In his 19+ years with the company, Chris has managed all aspects of land acquisition, development, environmental testing and neighborhood design. As a Harleysville resident, he prides himself on the frequent compliments he receives from the W.B. homeowners he runs into on a daily basis. He says Bill and Janet have instilled a company culture based on customer satisfaction and building the highest quality homes, and this mindset is the cornerstone of every decision we make.

With over 28 years of experience on the W.B team, you can rest assured that your home is in safe hands with Jack. Beginning with the initial planning phase and ending with you, the homeowner, Jack loves working with people and appreciates the relationships he builds along the way. He believes W.B. Homes is unique because of the wonderful people that make up the company, along with W.B.’s willingness to customize a home to fit each individual homeowner.

A true master of debits and credits, Dave runs the financial side of W.B. After building a foundation of accounting experience working for multinational manufacturing companies, Dave began his career with us in 2002. He loves that W.B. Homes is small enough to act quickly on business decisions but large enough to compete with national companies without losing sight of our #1 priority: our homebuyers. “We act with integrity – if we say we are going to do it, we mean it and carry through with our promise.”

Senior Project Manager

Bruce has the responsibility of overseeing the construction of our neighborhoods in both Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Having 33+ years of experience and over 26 with W.B. Homes, he brings an extensive knowledge of construction techniques and quality craftsmanship that can only be learned through years of involvement in the field.  Bruce enjoys sharing in the homebuyer’s excitement as they step foot into their completed new home for the first time.  Fun fact: Few know that Bruce is a National Champion in motorcycle road racing!
