It’s bordered on one side by the Schuylkill River and offers several parks and recreational activities. The wildlife center at the Upper Schuylkill park offers visitors the opportunity to see foxes, deer, wolves, rabbits, bald eagle, bobcats, owls, hawks and turkeys, plus a seasonal butterfly garden and turtle pond.
