If you’ve found a floorplan that’s almost perfect, we welcome the opportunity to accommodate slight structural changes that will give you the perfect living space to fit your lifestyle needs. Removing walls, adding an owner’s retreat, or rearranging a bathroom layout are all within the realm of possibility on your new home.  As long as your request fits within our building requirements, our experienced Project Management team will review your structural changes and provide you with an estimate for your custom modification.

Setting Foundations

Once structural selections are complete and the plans are on paper, we’ll meet again during your private design appointment to get into the “fun stuff”. This is where we’ll explore our extensive design studio to review all of the available interior design selections for your new home such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, paint colors, lighting, and more. Making design choices for your entire home can seem like an overwhelming task, but we’re here to help you through it.
