Building and moving into a brand new W.B. home is a one of a kind experience which homeowners won’t soon forget, thanks in part to Judy McClelland and her customer service team who continue to provide personalized attention long after settlement! 2017 marks Judy’s 15th year at W.B. Homes where she serves as the primary liaison between the homeowner and W.B. personnel and subcontractors. Together Judy and her team bring an unparalleled customer service experience to our homeowners!
Over the past 15 years on the job, Judy has overseen the implementation of a computerized service tracking system that has helped expedite the speedy and thorough completion of jobs for our homeowners who enjoy a 2-year owner’s warranty and 10-year structural warranty on their home. The system has helped Judy continue a tradition of personalization that she feels sets the company apart in the industry. “We are not a big corporation. At W.B. Homes, people don’t just become a number,” says Judy, “We take a personal interest in each and every homebuyer.”
When not answering service requests, the mother of three loves spending time with her (all grown up) family, vacationing at the Jersey shore, and antiquing at flea markets.
