May already? Time flies when you’re…stuck at home. If you’re anything like us, it’s been feeling like Groundhog Day as we’ve been trying to work safely from home as best we can. However, we choose to see the bright side and are happy to be moving in the right direction! As of May 1st, we are back on-site building, selling, and settling homes for our customers! One thing that helped break up the monotony recently was the 2020 Synergy Awards, which is an event hosted by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, and Bucks counties. This annual event recognizes outstanding achievements by individuals, builders, and partners within the new construction industry. Things were a bit different this year as the ceremony was held virtually over a Zoom call, but the W.B. team still did it’s best to be “together” as we tuned in to cheer for W.B. Homes.
We’re proud of our amazing team every day for the continuous effort they give to always put our best foot forward, but we were honored to (virtually) bring home 12 unique awards from this year’s Synergy Awards!

We have no shame in admitting that the entire team burst into cheers when this award was announced (I’m also pretty sure our Director of Sales and Marketing, Steve, spilled a drink on himself), but Community of the Year is a big one! While we’re on the topic of Founders Reserve, our talented partners at OMNIA Group Architects were awarded ‘Best Architectural House, Single-Family Home’ for the architectural design of our Oakville floorplan! This is the floorplan we chose to showcase as our model home simply because we were so excited by the initial on-paper plans – and it turned out even better than expected!
To date, this has been our most popular floorplan at Founders Reserve and we’ve really enjoyed watching each homeowner customize the Oakville to fit their lifestyle and design tastes. If you take a drive through the neighborhood, each one is unique from the rest and contributes beautifully to the neighborhood’s picturesque streetscape.

Much like the above for Fairland at Gwynedd’s “Best New Mixed-Use Project”, this award also shows how much time and effort our talented Land Development team puts into the initial planning of every new neighborhood. With The Courts at Brynwood being such a large neighborhood, it was very important to us that homeowners and visitors alike didn’t feel congested. To do this, we designed a central park as a gathering area for everyone to enjoy together with its tot lot, community gazebo with paver patio, and plentiful green space for children to play.
42 homes directly surround the park while plentiful guest parking and community sidewalks easily allow the entire neighborhood to take advantage of this beautiful amenity. Since opening late last Fall, the community park has definitely been a hit with our new neighbors! Best Bathroom, Townhouse | Rittenhouse Super Shower, the Courts at Brynwood
The pictures really speak for themselves here. I mean, who wouldn’t want to start each day in their own personal spa? When designing our Rittenhouse model home at The Courts at Brynwood, we wanted to really create a “wow” factor and our Super Shower owner’s bath layout does exactly that!
The Super Shower layout features an impressive 12’ walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling ceramic tile, frameless glass, and 2 convenient marble bench seats. The rain showerhead, wall-mounted sprayers, and handheld diverter combine gracefully to ensure you’ll never want to get out!

For any of you who have had the pleasure of working with Ellen, you know how well-deserved this award is! Last year, Ellen was a complete rockstar – closing out at Club View at Spring Ford, our 84-home neighborhood in Royersford, as well as kicking off at Hillstone, our newest neighborhood in Souderton, PA (which is already over 50% sold out)!
Ellen is a true professional who builds a strong relationship with everyone who walks through her door. Our homebuyers greatly enjoy their experience with Ellen and her dedication, non-stop energy, and work ethic played a vital role in the success of W.B. Homes as a whole in 2019.

Best Email Campaign | Hillstone VIP Campaign
Our Marketing Team works tirelessly behind the scenes to get future homebuyers in the door and keep our on-site sales experience seamless, so our Asst. Director of Marketing, Casey, was very excited to receive “Best Email Marketing Campaign” for his efforts in creating the VIP campaign for the grand opening of Hillstone. This campaign was designed as the sole marketing effort for our pre-release opening and resulted in 10 sales within 30-days – all before our model home was completed! Job well done!
